Charbel is a Lebanese-Romanian ex-Physics major, now double majoring in History and Politics. He is a former research analyst at the Warwick Think Tank producing reports on energy policy, climate change, and proxy competition in the MENA region. Aside from leading BPR, he also founded the Union International, a community-centered forum for the discussion of bold ideas.
Charbel believes in building neutral platforms for dialogue in Lebanon and beyond.
Elie Joe, aka EJ, is a junior double majoring in Political Studies and Economics. EJ is mostly concerned with the avenue of corruption studies in the MENA region.
He loves going out to museums, sights, and likes techno music. As a fundamental principle, he never refuses two things: helping others, and eating Shawarma.
Mohamed is a senior student double-majoring in Media, Communications, and Political Studies. Hailing from Tunisia, Mohamed is a Tomorrow's Leaders scholar with a distinct interest in journalism, restorative justice, and intersectional political identities in the SWANA region.
When not immersed in coursework, Mohamed is an avid thespian and pop culture geek, currently performing as a Tenor chorist for AUB's choral society.
Youmna is a senior student majoring in Political Studies, minoring in International Law and Public Policy. Her interests lie in International Affairs, art, and travelling.
Our future diplomat is also involved in other clubs at AUB; and has worked on a wide range of issues, but the BPR holds a special place in her heart.
Nour is a second year Electrical Engineering student with interests in energy policy and sustainability.
When she isn’t analyzing circuits, Nour likes to get her hands dirty with paint and her thoughts busy with literature.
Thalia is a third-year student double majoring in Economics and Political Studies. She overworks herself to the point of complete burnout but still makes it work.
She loves being the devil’s advocate, especially in her written work, which you will be the judge of soon.
Abe is a senior Graphic Design student. A creative individual with a keen eye towards design, arts, sociology and other humanity-based studies. When not immersed in work, he enjoys painting, gymming, cinematography and other entertainment-based media.
Aya is a second-year business student who serves as a cabinet member of multiple clubs. She is very passionate about volunteering and extends a helping hand whenever she can. Aya's academic journey began with some uncertainty as she initially pursued a major in media and communications, but her interests led her to explore various majors.
Thankfully, she settled on a business major just one week before starting her second year at AUB. Let's hope she won't surprise everyone with yet another major change.
Lynn is a senior student double majoring in Economics and Public Administration. Her passion for bringing people together extends beyond our club’s events, as she actively engages in creating a vibrant campus environment.
Aside from academia, Lynn enjoys being in nature, loves long walks, and is on a quest to adopt all campus kittens.
Yara is a Senior Medical Imaging student. Besides her unwavering passion for the healthcare field, Yara's numerous previous experiences as a treasurer and head of sponsorship have forged alliances that resonate far beyond boardrooms and banners.
When textbooks are set aside, Yara embraces the world with an adventurer's spirit, seeking thrills in the great outdoors and dancing to the rhythm of life at music festivals.
Harout is a Computer Science major, possesses a diverse range of interests that extend beyond coding. With a keen eye for design and a love for the arts, he approaches technology with a creative perspective.
An avid reader, he draws inspiration from various disciplines, seeking to merge his passions into innovative software solutions.
